Scope
Provides administrative support to the Sales Managers and the Sales department General Responsibilities • Maintains account lists and mailing lists • Prepares and assembles reports and presentations • Answers telephones, types correspondence and schedules appointments • Communicates with clients • Assists with billing, order and copy writing and collections • Plays commercials for clients • Reviews client contracts • Calls clients with scheduled spot times • Schedules remote broadcast for the sales department • Tracks all elements of multi-station, multi-client promotions Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office products a must. Maximiser, File Maker, Maxigrid, Scarborough and CBSI a plus • Ability to learn new computer applications • Exceptional organizational skills • Problem-solving ability and skill in prioritizing • Ability to multi-task and handle pressures and deadlines • Ability to work independently Education and Licensing Requirements • High School Diploma • Must possess valid state drivers license Physical Requirements • May require lifting or moving up to 25 lbs. • Ability to sit for extended periods of time Salary • Negotiable with experience Please send resume to Human Resources Citadel Broadcasting Company 515 S 32nd St. Camp Hill, PA 17011 hr.harrisburg@citcomm.com | |
